Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts beneficial.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of new and existing products and provide customer service.
• Explain warranties, pricing, and delivery times to customers.
• Process orders and documentation such as invoices and returns.
• Develop relationships with customers to generate new business.
• Follow-up with customers and assist with substitutions when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order handling.
