The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with 1–2 years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and assist with proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
