Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant to drive virtual consultations, build a client book, and close treatment plans from home. You’ll present options, discuss financing, and collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consultative or commission sales, thrive on high call volumes, and are passionate about aesthetics. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

REMOTE AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT

$20/hr base + uncapped commission | Six-figure potential in year one

If you've closed deals in insurance, beauty, or aesthetic sales — and you thrive on talking to people all day — this role was built for you. You'll run virtual consultations, build a loyal book of clients, and earn commission on every treatment plan you sell. Our top reps hit six figures in their first year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads — no cold list dialing
• Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more)
• Present financing options and close deals
