Job Description

The Inside Sales Construction Representative is responsible for handling and closing inbound calls related to temporary RO placement, supporting Construction Specialists in achieving quarterly goals, and functioning in a support role. Hours and responsibilities may vary by location.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Handle and close inbound calls on temporary RO placements for OT’s 1-shot deals and PT’s to drive temporary revenue growth.
• Support Construction Specialists in meeting or exceeding quarterly temporary business goals.
• Sales of portable toilets, where applicable.
• Provide administrative support.
• Develop and maintain weekly call activity.
• Provide market intelligence including competition, pricing, and segment recommendations.
• Resolve service escalations within the market for temporary accounts.
• Communicate rates, fees, and service strategies aligned with market margin goals.
• Assist with mailing campaigns for targeted sales efforts.
• Distribute leads to other sales team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork for temporary RO placements using the Rumpke SMS system.
• Serve as a backup when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Conditions:

• Overtime, holiday, and weekend work as needed.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license if applicable.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing.
• Ability to read and speak English.
