Job summary

Airgas is hiring an Inside Sales Representative/Relief Driver in Laredo, TX. The role involves delivering compressed gas cylinders and supporting sales efforts from the retail shop, with a day shift and Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualified candidates hold a TX Class A CDL, Hazmat and Airbrake Certifications, and have 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 5 years. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match; parental leave and tuition assistance are also offered.

Qualifications

• Valid TX Class A CDL.
• Valid Medical Examiner's Card.
• Hazmat & Airbrake Certifications are required.
• 1 year of prior Class A or B driving experience within last 5 years with limited incidents.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and occasionally over 125 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to operate vehicles with hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and unload cylinders safely to customer locations.
• Record deliveries and receipts on a load manifest with customer signatures.
• Adhere to Airgas safety standards and government regulations (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
• Provide warehouse/dock support as needed.
