Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, sales support, or related experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in developing a career in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience with Excel and data handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders using an ERP system.
• Handle order entry, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, and order status.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and product specifications.
• Calculate freight, product volume, weight, and shipping requirements.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests.
• Support existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
• Research and develop prospective B2B customers using available data.
• Assist with expanding sales into commercial markets.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and other business customers.
• Gradually take on outside sales activities, including customer visits and trade shows.
• Participate in product presentations and Lunch & Learn events as the role develops.
• Use Excel to organize and analyze customer and sales data.
• Track sales activity and identify potential business opportunities.
