Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips SRC team as an experienced Patient Interface, DME customer- focused Associate Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and drive the growth of the Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of hourly rate + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $38.93 to $45.07 (including incentive). Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here .
