Inside Sales – Associate Territory Manager, Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care

Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips SRC team as an experienced Patient Interface, DME customer- focused Associate Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and drive the growth of the Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio. Your role:

  • You will meet/exceed assigned Patient Interface sales quotas in the assigned territory. You will maintain accurate salesforce.com CRM records including regular updates for assigned territory DME customers including customer organization details, locations, people, roles and contact information. Document and update Philips SRC assigned territory DME accounts
  • Work-with the Regional team including field-based Territory Managers, Sales Enablement and Regional Sales Director. Grow Patient Interface order revenue including documenting customer utilization vs. competitors, the customer sales cycle including progress and next steps to grow Philips SRC Patient Interface products and programs share displacing competitive products.
  • You will demonstrate proficiency with MS Teams, salesforce.com, Outlook calendar scheduling, phone calls, e-mail correspondence across territory DME customers including learning new technologies as directed by sales leadership.
  • You will educate and set expectations with customers to use Philips SRC online ordering tools for Patient Interface products. Coach customers to use e-store, customer service channels for account management, administrative and customer service-related tasks and needs. Including but not limited to; Orders, backorder inquiries, product shipments, credit and collections inquiries, dispute resolution, invoices, quality complaints, return authorization and repair needs.
  • You will serve as the territory Philips SRC subject matter expert on Patient Interface products and programs demonstrate strong knowledge of the Care Orchestrator platform including workflows, best practices using Power Messaging increasing customer adoption, proficiency and confidence with Patient Interface products and Care Orchestrator. Territory will include FL, GA, PR and part of AL.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of documented successful inside or field sales, customer-facing experience. Position requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Consultative selling skills required.
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA level degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, general business.
  • You must possess a demonstrated ability to use office equipment including computer, telephone, fax, scanners, copiers. Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel required.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. Occasional travel to sales meetings and potential customer visits.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of hourly rate + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $38.93 to $45.07 (including incentive). Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here .
