Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Executive for Sports Core to own internal sales efforts, target new customers, and drive member renewals.

This onsite role in Kohler, WI involves building strong relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing campaigns to improve sales performance and customer engagement. The position emphasizes proactive outreach, data-driven follow-ups, and collaboration with Tennis, Fitness, Kids Core, and Facility Operations to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience in sales and/or customer relations preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with management and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly outbound prospecting objectives to target new Sports Core customers.
• Develop strategic sales tactic collateral for call campaigns and follow-ups.
• Maintain a call tracking database to measure productivity and results.
• Develop and maintain client databases for communications and marketing campaigns.
• Build trusting relationships with Kohler Hospitality colleagues.
• Coordinate with sales support functions to align resources and drive sales results.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and data analyses for sales.
• Arrange site visits and in-market client outreach events.
• Complete special projects per timelines set by Sales Manager.
• Provide customer service by updating accounts and resolving billing issues.
• Assist with monthly admin tasks including member incentives.
• Schedule services and lessons for other departments with booking accuracy.
