Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Shift: 10am-7pm Mon-Friday with a 9-2 Saturday rotation

As an Inside Sales Associate for our solar company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for engaging w ith potential clients, providing information on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable and renewable energy solutions.

This role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and events.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solar products and services.
• Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Conduct consultations with customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Present and explain pricing, financing options, and incentives.
• Actively engage in lead generation activities, including participating in events, promotions, and networking.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
• Complete sales-related paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in solar energy or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Background:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Office:
