The role emphasizes a strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and knowledge of hydronics products. A high school diploma is required, with business degree preferred; CRM proficiency is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
• Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
• Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.

Associate Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time | No Travel

Pay: $25 to $32 per hour DOE

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
• Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
• Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.

What We’re Looking For
