Handyman Connection is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Lexington office. This fast-paced local office supports a growing customer base with a strong 40%+ repeat/referral rate and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and post daily on social media while meeting daily/weekly goals using an established database and lead generation system. We offer strong training, flexible hours, and opportunities for part-time or full-time work.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Daily posting for social media.
• Daily and weekly goals for new work orders, utilizing existing database and lead generation.
• Proposal typing and job pricing.

• Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.

• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling.
• Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred.
