Job summary

A local home repair company in Lexington is seeking a dedicated Remodeler to join their team. You will bring your expertise in home repairs and remodeling, working independently while enjoying competitive compensation. This role involves bidding on jobs, finalizing materials, and effectively communicating with clients, with a focus on maintaining a strong customer base within the community.

Qualifications

• Basic handiwork in at least three of the specified capacities.
• Driver's license and insurance required.
• Tools, vehicle, and references necessary.
• Smartphone and Internet access needed.

Responsibilities

• Share expertise in home repair, maintenance, and remodeling.
• Bid work and finalize materials for projects.
• Evaluate requests and communicate effectively with clients.
• Evaluate requests, price out jobs, troubleshoot and communicate with clients.

Job Summary:

Share your expertise of home repair, maintenance and remodeling on job sites.
