Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in North Carolina. You will maintain and grow the customer base, provide superior service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts.

The role requires high school education, counter experience in electrical distribution, and strong communication skills. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years counter experience in electrical distribution preferred.
• Solid customer service background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Eclipse knowledge preferred.
• Strong mathematical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate project quotations.
• Manage project orders and pricing.
• Interact with contractor, government, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Enter orders for different jobs and set up customers on blankets.
• Follow up on product deliveries and support sales at counter.
• Maintain courteous, professional customer relations.
• Multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as required.
