A leading electrical distributor is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate in Richmond, VA. You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and provide pricing quotes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy.
• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
• Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
• Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses for timely customer communication.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
