U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for Monarch Electric Supply affiliate to handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and order follow-ups. The role emphasizes accurate processing, customer service, and collaboration with credit, warehouse, and sales teams.

The candidate will work onsite in East Brunswick, NJ, with 2+ years in inside sales and strong communication skills. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Monarch Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.
• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
• Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
• Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
