What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Field and Inside Sales Regional Account Managers to drive volume growth in large/top accounts
- Independently manage volume growth in a subset of small accounts
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, fax, and MS Teams to encourage commitment to using the employer's specialty pharmacy
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop territory strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com and marketing tools to grow your book of business and achieve goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience with documented success
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Effective phone presence and communication skills
- Availability to work 8:00-5:00 PST or MST
- Must be 18 years of age or older
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Quota carrying experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas
- Proven solid phone presence and experience with cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships over the phone
- Strong skills in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management
