Conklin Metal Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Austell, GA branch to support all warehouse functions from receiving to shipping. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, safety focus, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

The position is full-time, day shift, with a starting pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and weekly direct deposit. Overtime is available, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
• Experience with WMS scanning and inventory control strongly preferred.
• Order picking and general warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and fast-paced conditions.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders and invoices.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and processed properly.
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse stock locations.
• Perform order picking, staging, packing, and loading.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Use WMS scanning systems to track and manage inventory.
• Support inventory control and report discrepancies.
• Load and secure trucks following DOT and company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse workflow.
