Responsibilities

• Assist customers by telephone, mail and/or in-person.

• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

• Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries.
• Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Shift: Day

Duties of the Inside Sales Representative: Responsible forassisting customers directly by telephone, mail and/or in-person.May be involved in verifyingproduct availability, delivery and pricing.

Identifiesrevenue opportunities within customers' communities throughcommunications, programs and other activities as needed.
