Job summary

Imagine Learning is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support our field account executives across designated territories. You will engage with existing and potential customers, position our K-12 products, and contribute to a high-velocity sales process.

The role is full-time, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, with a hybrid schedule in Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX. Base pay ranges from $21.19 to $29.00 per hour, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years business-to-business sales experience.
• Teaching, SaaS, PaaS, or software sales experience is highly preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and landing new business for a SaaS offering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewals and expansions within assigned territories.

The Inside Sales Associate works with an extended sales team, providing dedicated support to our field account executives within assigned territories.This role will be responsible for interacting with existing and potential customers, positioning our K-12 products and services.

Position Type

This is a regular, full-time position reporting to an Inside Sales Manager.

Compensation

Base payis anticipated to be between$21.19 and $29.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location

In this US-based position your location will be hybrid in either our Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX office.You will work inofficeTuesday through Thursday, with theoptionto work remotely the other two days(onsitedays may change based on business needs).

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead current customer renewals and expansions within assigned territories.
• Use a consultative sales process to identify customer needs.
• Identify potential customers and appropriate contacts to qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Initiate prospecting, quoting and data mining actives to drive sales activity.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing on outbound sales and custom email campaigns.
• Maintain and update information in the Company’s salesforce pipeline.
• Support trip planning and appointment setting, drive attendance at events.
• Provide timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders on the status of each account.
• Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls and 25 emails daily.
• Own the development and management of assigned customer relationships in a manner consistent with company policies and the highest standards of business ethics.
• Anticipate, understand, and quickly respond to customer needs.
• Acts as a conduit of information back to the company regarding customer needs, market, and business insights.
• May give customer facing informal or formal presentations.
• Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years business to business sales experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Teaching, school administrator, SaaS, PaaS, or software sales experience is highly preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and landing new business for a SaaS offering is preferred.
• Experience with selling solutions intothe K-12 education market is preferred.
• Sales knowledge and business acumen are a plus, including lead generation (cold calling), account management, and advanced customer problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an open sales office environment helpful.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting over the phone and via the web.
• Highly organized and detail orientated with the ability to work in a high paced environment managing shifting workloads and multiplepriorities.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment that ensures customer success.
• Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision.
• Advanced computer skills, including Word,Excel,and Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience with Salesforce helpful but not required.
