Job summary

BlueStar, Inc. in Laguna Hills, California, seeks an energetic Inside Sales Assistant to support our West Coast Territory.

The role involves processing orders, answering inquiries, and providing product information to reseller partners while collaborating with multiple internal departments. The ideal candidate has experience in distribution/channel sales, familiarity with Auto ID/POS/mobility tech, and knowledge of CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution and/or channel sales environments preferred.
• Experience in Auto ID scanning, POS, digital signage, or mobility marketplace is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Posiflex, Elo, Samsung, Sharp, Philips, HP, Epson, Star, and Citizen is a plus.
• Oracle Order Management and CRM experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
