Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/industrial environment.
• Experience in sales or warehouse roles is valued.
• Proficient with basic computer/phone tasks and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists walk-in and phone customers to identify product needs and locate merchandise.
• Completes paperwork for sales, quotes, and other information in a timely manner.
• Enters sales data and quotes into the system; performs basic data research for customers.
• Processes customer payments and records sales data accurately.
• Organizes and restocks merchandise, maintains showroom order and cleanliness.
