We’re looking for a First Mate—a confident communicator who enjoys outbound sales, meaningful conversations, and helping people move better.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound sales calls to clinics, providers, and warm prospects
• Manage inbound leads and guide them toward the right Protonics solution
• Educate customers through clear, confident conversations (no hard selling)
• Support customers with product questions and onboarding
• Maintain follow-ups and activity in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clinics and users

Who This Is For

• Comfortable with outbound calling and inside sales
• Strong communicator who can explain concepts simply and confidently
• Self‑directed, organized, and accountable
• Clinical background preferred (PTA, AT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.) but not required
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehab, or performance is a plus

Compensation & Structure

• Base Pay Equivalent: $35,000–$42,000 annually
