Position: Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote (Based in Jacksonville, FL preferred)

Salary Range: salary is a $45k-$50k base with possibly $5k-$10k in annual commissions.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving account growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work independently in a remote environment to meet and exceed sales goals
• Identify new opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling
