SolarEdge (NASDAQ: SEDG), a global leader in high-performance smart energy technology, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our North America Sales Team. We have over 5000 employees, offices in 34 countries, and millions of products installed worldwide. Our diverse offerings include intelligent solar inverters, battery storage, backup systems, EV charging, and home energy management ecosystems.

Location: Remote, preferably in the Central time zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close sales opportunities aligned with company strategies and financial goals.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound prospecting, focusing on long-tail residential solar installers.
  • Arrange virtual training sessions for installers.
  • Manage and expand sales with existing accounts quarterly.
  • Develop relationships with distribution channels and in-field sales representatives.
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions involving inverters and home storage.
  • Forecast revenue regularly and review sales performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Nurture relationships with PV project developers to maintain SolarEdge as their preferred supplier.
  • Implement brand and messaging strategies, acting as an external brand ambassador.
  • Coordinate with U.S. and global management to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately.
  • Follow up with lost installers to regain business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong dedication to personal and professional growth.
  • Comfortable with both new client acquisition (hunting) and account management (farming), with strong closing skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in the PV industry is advantageous.
  • Technical aptitude to understand SolarEdge products and communicate benefits effectively.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
