Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Able to stand and walk 8+ hours; flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV in a high-traffic retail location.
• Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share.
• Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages.
• Provide personalized service, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain compliance with retailer and partner brand standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
