Titan Machinery is seeking an Inside Rentals Sales professional in Davenport, IA to be the first point of contact for rental inquiries. You will match customer needs with the right equipment solutions, guiding inquiries from start to return with a strong emphasis on service and value.

You will engage with cross-functional teams to optimize fleet utilization, deliver expert recommendations, and uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

• Customer Engagement: Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities
• Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipment inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers
