Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries timely via telephone and/or email and log interactions in Salesforce case management system. Inquiries may include but are not limited to: parts lookup, pricing and availability, quoting, ordering, shipment tracking, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer and/or dealer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting individualized performance metrics and targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
Summary
Increase parts sales by determining and meeting customer needs through thorough, timely, and accurate communications and follow-up. Process obtained orders, keeping customer informed and expedite internally.
Qualifications
- Good communication in English & Spanish, verbal & written
- Basic computer experience
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule between 8 am - 5 pm and possibly overtime on weekdays and/or weekends
- Mechanically inclined
Education/Certification/Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- On-the-job training
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch; frequently required to push and pull.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, peripheral, and the ability to focus.
- The employee is in a typical office environment; occasionally exposed to noise, dust, and chemicals. Safety glasses/goggles must be worn at all times while in designated areas of the shop.
