Qualifications

• Order desk experience including phone orders.
• Familiar with industrial controls and products.
• Able to learn Field Centrix, MS Dynamics and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts look up and ordering for end users.
• Take incoming inquiries by phone or email and provide quotes.
• Forward purchase orders to processing and track vendor quotes.
• Support service and outside sales with timely information.
