Job summary

RWC Group is seeking an Inside Parts Sales Counterperson to be the face of our parts department. You will help customers find the right parts, process orders, and answer inquiries while maintaining an organized counter in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in automotive parts or dealership counter sales preferred.
• Familiar with DMS or other parts system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (retail, wholesale, fleet accounts) at the parts counter in person & phone.
• Identify parts needs, locate parts in inventory, and provide technical recommendations.
• Process parts orders, quotes, and special orders accurately.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts counter.
• Manage parts displays, pricing, and inventory information.
• Answer customer questions about specifications, compatibility, and delivery.
• Support the Parts Manager with inventory counts and data entry.
• Build relationships with repeat customers.
