SpeedPro is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to act as the linchpin between our studio and corporate clients. You will strengthen existing relationships, build new ones, and drive results through qualification, lead generation, and closing deals.

You will manage prospecting, CRM workflow, and meetings, while collaborating with management and marketing to hit revenue targets. A performance-based bonus and ongoing training are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification.
• Drive leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining to schedule client appointments.
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, etc.).
• Manage and utilize the CRM to track calls and meetings with customers.
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals.
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and may require occasional off-hours or weekend commitments.

The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
• Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off hours or weekend commitment

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess

• 1+ years of prior inside sales experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree -

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
