Mutual of Omaha Mortgage in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Junior Loan Officer to provide administrative support to Loan Officers and deliver high-quality service to customers via email and phone. You will gather information, explain the loan process, and assist with basic inquiries, while marketing to past clients.

The role offers exposure to growth into other positions and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong support and training.

Formación

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (any capacity whether full time or part time).
• Mortgage experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Desire to Succeed.
• Motivated, Competitive, and Driven.
• Great Communicator and Relationship Builder.
• Microsoft Office Proficient required (utilization of Outlook a must).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Loan Officers and deliver high level of service to customers via email and phone.
• Gather information from customers and explain loan process as directed by Loan Officers.
• Assist with marketing via social media and outreach to past customers.
