Job summary

Lucky Star Casino in Concho, AZ is seeking an Inside Maintenance Staff member who operates under the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the casino clean and well-maintained. This is a full-time role focused on preserving the appearance of the casino both inside and outside.

Duties include cleaning machines, restrooms, trash removal, dusting, and maintaining equipment, with scheduled shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of casino, inside and out.
• Pick up and empty all trash receptacle and ashtrays.
• Wipe down and clean machines.
• Dust all machines, signs & televisions.
• Clean and stock all restrooms and janitor closets with supplies and maintain throughout the day.
• Keep all maintenance equipment in working condition.
• Pick up trash and empty outside trash containers.
• Sweep sidewalks of trash and debris.
• Maintain a positive attitude.

General Description

Inside Maintenance Staff is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualification Standards

Work Schedule

• Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by department manager/director and/or general manager.

Physical Job Requirements

• Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling and finger dexterity

• Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke; bright flashing lights; loud mechanical noises and crowds)
