Qualifications

• Experience in P&C or insurance sales.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Work warm, pre-qualified inbound and outbound leads.
• Provide personalized insurance quotes and recommendations.
• Build relationships and close new business.
• Handle 15–20 lead calls per day.
• Maintain accurate customer information in a CRM.
• Work toward daily and monthly sales goals.
• Provide a strong customer experience throughout the sales process.
