Peyton Resource Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking motivated sales professionals for an inside sales role. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads, provide personalized insurance quotes, and close new business on a daily basis.

Expect 35–45% commission, monthly bonuses, and strong opportunities for advancement. This full-time, on-site position offers multiple shift options and a supportive team environment.

NO COLD CALLING — WARM, PRE-QUALIFIED LEADS PROVIDED.

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join a growing inside sales team in Tempe, AZ.

This is a great opportunity for someone with P&C insurance, inside sales, call center sales, or high-volume customer service experience who enjoys working with customers and closing business.

What you’ll do

• Work warm, pre-qualified inbound and outbound leads
• Provide personalized insurance quotes and recommendations
• Build relationships and close new business
• Handle approximately 15–20 lead calls per day
• Maintain accurate customer information in a CRM
• Work toward daily and monthly sales goals
• Provide a strong customer experience throughout the sales process

Compensation

• 35–45% commission
• $1,000–$3,500/month average incentive bonuses
• Strong opportunities for internal advancement

Requirements

• Experience in P&C insurance, inside sales, insurance sales, call center sales, or high-volume customer service
• Proven ability to sell and close
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a CRM
• Property & Casualty license preferred; candidates can obtain the license after hire
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work fully onsite in Tempe

Schedule

Multiple shift options are available:

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Approximately once per quarter, employees may work a Saturday from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM and receive a weekday off in return.
