Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rental needs for construction and industrial equipment. You will be the first line of contact, understand customer requirements, negotiate deals, and process orders with strong administrative support.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with DOT qualification as a preferred plus. Bilingual abilities may be advantageous in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment preferred.
• DOT Qualification process experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at the counter with rental needs.
• Negotiate and place rental orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks to support the sales team.
