The role emphasizes customer service, sales-friendly negotiation, and accurate order placement, serving as the front-line contact and representing the company’s values in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required and DOT process may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rental needs across construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Serve as the company’s front line of contact with the customer with a professional attitude.
