Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States to assist customers with rental equipment for construction and industrial use. This front-line role emphasizes understanding customer needs, quoting rates, and accurately placing orders.

The position requires strong customer service, reliable computer and administrative skills, and a valid driver’s license. A High School diploma or GED is required, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT Qualification process preferred (not required).
• Bilingual may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, quote rates, and place orders.
• Provide front-line contact with customers and deliver professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
