Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rental needs and to serve as the front-line contact to understand equipment requirements, negotiate, and place orders.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, administrative skills, and knowledge of construction tools, with opportunities for overtime and growth on a dynamic North American team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rental requirements and orders.
• Frontline contact with customers; negotiate and place orders.
• Provide administrative support and deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude.
• Understand customer equipment needs and translate to orders.
