Job summary

Plumb Supply Company in Osage Beach, MO is hiring a dependable team player for a full-time role. You will serve customers in person and by phone, analyze their needs, and help determine the best service or sales options.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, maintain a tidy work area, assist with warehouse duties, and occasionally make deliveries to job sites. This is a Monday–Friday position with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Successful customer service experience and great communication skills.
• Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check).

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers in person and over the phone to analyze needs and determine the appropriate level of service or sales.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and articulate the company's competitive advantages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide occasional order picking and miscellaneous warehouse duties as needed.
• Provide occasional deliveries to customers' shops or jobsites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full time position working Monday through Friday with overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales


• Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate company's competitive advantage


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment


• Provide occasional order picking and miscellaneous warehouse duties, as the need arises


• Provide occasional deliveries to customer's shops or jobsites


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred


• Successful customer service experience and great communication skills


• Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone


• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat


• Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalat??


• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)

$25.50 / hour
