The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage or related fields. The role offers a salary range of $88,000 to $110,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Sales, or Underwriting.
• State P&C and/or surplus line license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers for seamless service and market placement.
• Evaluate submissions and identify exposures and coverage needs.
• Determine insurance markets for quote requests.
• Analyze and negotiate optimal quote terms and pricing.
• Drive revenue development through assigned sales targets.
