Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement and vendor-related duties for the Procurement team.
  • Update and maintain product/vendor data in internal systems.
  • Review vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy.
  • Monitor vendor shipments and back-orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase order confirmations.
  • Maintain vendor scorecards and reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet company goals.
  • Assist in preparing and auditing RFPs.
  • Generate procurement reports.
  • Manage general services such as office supplies and facility issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Preferred: College coursework, automotive background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Demands & Environment:

  • Primarily sedentary work; ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel may be required, including overnight stays.
