Job summary

Bridger is seeking an experienced Inside Property Damage Adjuster to join our Claims team. This desk-adjusting role manages property damage claims from assignment through resolution in a high-volume, technology-enabled environment, using photos, estimates, statements, and repair information to support decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property/casualty claims, exposure to auto property damage, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with vendors, independent adjusters,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property/casualty claims adjusting experience preferred.
• Experience handling auto property damage claims strongly preferred.
• Experience with coverage, auto physical damage, liability or similar P&C claims.
• Active insurance adjuster license preferred; licensing supported by the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned property damage claims from FNOL through resolution.
• Review loss information, policy provisions, photographs, estimates, reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct timely coverage and liability investigations as applicable.
• Establish appropriate claim reserves and update as circumstances change.
• Maintain accurate claim files and activity notes.
• Communicate claim decisions clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate inspections or field assignments when desk adjusting is insufficient.
• Review and approve supplemental requests and estimated damages.
