Job summary

Sfx America LLC in La Vergne, TN is seeking a dedicated Mail Inserter / Machine Operator to join our production team on full-time shifts. You will set up and operate mail inserter equipment, verify orders, and help ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

Job Description

As a Mail Inserter / Machine Operator / Production Worker, you come to work armed with energy, wit, and the willingness to pitch in with the team. Most of your time is spent setting up and operating our mail inserter machine in accordance with each order's specifications. Throughout your shift, you verify order information on audit sheets, complete maintenance logs, and report inserter downtime as required.

You are highly motivated to meet or exceed our production and quality standards, schedules, and deadlines. You enjoy working with your hands and identifying mechanical problems when they occur, troubleshooting to keep production progressing to achieve service levels. Always up for a challenge, you perform moderately complex product change-over activities. As a team player, you also assist with handwork and reprints when needed. At the end of your shift, you are filled with a sense of satisfaction for a job well done!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift 10-50 lbs and bend, push, and pull carts
