Job summary

Amsive LLC in Bolingbrook, IL needs a skilled Lettershop Maintenance Technician to keep high-volume mailing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and assist operators with setups and changeovers in a fast-paced plant.

Strong diagnostic and hands-on repair abilities, plus adherence to safety protocols, are essential.

Lettershop Maintenance Technician

The Lettershop Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs high-volume direct mail equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. Equipment includes BlueCrest Epic, MSDP, APSP, and MPSR inserters; Flowmaster and MSE inserters; card-tipping and printing lines; and inline black-only and four-color inkjet systems, including Harrier 4CP.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and complete repairs.

Work Environment

Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment

Security Clearance

Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
