The position features a traditional 12-hour shift schedule with rotating weekends and holidays and requires a valid RN license and nursing education. The nurse will provide direct patient care across the care continuum, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Formación

• RN license must be active and in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Formal nursing education required for staff RN role.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in quality and regulatory activities.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to develop and communicate care plans.
• Adheres to standards of nursing care and institutional policies.
