Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, and treat chronic and acute wounds.
• Perform specialized procedures: removing dead tissue, cleaning wounds, and bandaging.
• Lead care coordination and delegation to promote wound healing and prevent skin breakdown.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure appropriate wound care.
