Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and current in Florida.
• Experience in wound care and debridement within six months of hire.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads a care team as a clinic case manager and delegates tasks accordingly.
• Ensures education and instructions are clear to minimize follow-up calls.
• Provides comprehensive wound assessments and documentation for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Maintains infection control standards and guides non-RN staff as needed.
• Plans and documents patient education for difficult wounds utilizing team resources.
• Coordinates with home health, insurance case managers, and referring physicians.
• Manages clinics to optimize efficiency, wait times, and satisfaction.
