HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke’s seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (Wound PRN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, guiding patients and families through treatment plans with compassion and adherence to nursing standards. Typical duties include admission assessments, medication administration with documentation, prompt patient response, and patient education on conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor responses.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and proactively to meet needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
