Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license issued by the state.

• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Wound care knowledge or experience preferred (1 year).
• Wound Care Certification within first year of hire.
• WOC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in the outpatient wound care clinic and evaluate inpatients’ wounds.
• Communicate with physicians, charge nurse, and co-workers regarding changes in patient treatment and condition.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
